The mirror used in CW^® products is unsurpassed in clarity,
quality and durability. Manufactured from the highest quality
select float plate glass on the most modern mirror lines, all
CW^® mirror is first thoroughly cleaned then "curtain coaters"
apply the base and finish coats evenly. Part of the CW^®
secret lies in the fact that our mirror is subjected to longer
baking and curing times to reduce edge degradation. The
result is a superior grade mirror with exceptional clarity
and brilliance.

Next, each mirrored door panel is sealed with a woven
multi-layer white Polylam™ safety backing which meets
or exceeds stringent Federal safety tests. In addition to its
exceptional safety properties, this woven 7.0 mil thick backing
protects the mirrored door from moisture and foreign materials
so that the mirror won’t de-silver or spot and is guaranteed to
continue looking lovely year after year.

The beauty secret of beveling lies in the beveling machine
and the craftsmen who use it. CW^® does all of its own
beveling, using experienced, dedicated experts. CW^®’s
state-of-the-art Bovone mini-maxi beveling machines are
able to handle custom beveling from a tasteful 1/2" to a
stunning 2" wide. Like fine cut crystal, beveling will add
distinction to your wardrobe mirrors.

CW^® Quality is in every aspect of every product. Our solid
red oak and clear maple is graded, selected and then
custom-milled to our own specifications. Each piece is
sanded and stained, then lacquered and hand-rubbed for a
glossy, durable finish, then inspected and approved so you
are assured of only the finest wood framed wardrobe doors.

Our extruded aluminum frames are made from high grade,
high strength aluminum so that our wardrobe doors and
shower enclosures are strong, and corrosion-free.

All Anodized and Painted finishes undergo rigorous quality
control checks by our Quality Control Department to ensure
the highest degree of color consistency and quality of finish,
run after run.

It takes all of this attention to detail to create a beautiful,
reliable product which you can clearly see. But it’s the
quality that you can’t easily see which goes into all CW^®

hardware and parts to ensure that all of our products perform
